Twitter Treats – Historicals

111215a1Actually, I found most of these on Twitter, but not all.  We’re told not to judge a book by its cover, but I have a very visual imagination and I just can’t seem to help myself.  I choose my Twitter Treats first because of their gorgeous covers, but post them only if I like the 51O-wDd82CLpremise too.  I have not reviewed any of these books, although I may in the future.  I’ll link you to the authors’ sites, but the rest is up to you.  😉

These two novels remind me of those by one of my favorite Historical authors, Michelle Moran.  These are by Weina Dai Randel   http://www.weinarandel.com/

Up next, I don’t normally go in for this historical period, unless Emma Thompson or Colin Firth is involved.  However, this cover grabbed me.

I love Historical Romance, but I do grow weary of cowboys and Regency ladies.  So, I was delighted at this Colonial America story!  Great premise too.

Turns out, the author has a pretty darn good backlist too.   https://www.facebook.com/authorlaurirobinson/home
